These Terms of Service govern your use of Orb Catch, provided by NovaLumina Studio.

Application purpose

Orb Catch is a mobile arcade entertainment application. Players catch falling neon orbs, complete challenges, and may optionally sign in for leaderboards and cloud progress sync.

Use of the App

• You may use Orb Catch for personal, non-commercial entertainment.
• You agree not to exploit, reverse engineer, or disrupt app services.
• You must comply with platform rules and applicable law.

Accounts and Leaderboards

• Some features require sign-in via Game Center or Play Games.
• We may remove fraudulent or manipulated leaderboard entries.
• You are responsible for maintaining your platform account security.

Virtual Rewards and Content

• Coins, rewards, and unlocked themes are in-app features with no cash value.
• Feature availability may change as part of updates and live-ops tuning.

Orb Catch is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by law, NovaLumina Studio disclaims all implied warranties.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, NovaLumina Studio will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the app.
